Investing with MCL

We maintain a small but growing pool of investors who wish to invest in real estate but may not have the time nor expertise to do so. We call on our investor pool for various investment opportunities whether it be short term debt or equity in Fix & Flip or Buy & Hold acquisitions.

Our investor’s are given constant updates (whether they are investing in that particular project or not) which details each project’s current situation, timelines, budgets and next steps.

Our select investor pool is the lifeblood of our acquisitions and they are treated as such. MCL’s investors come first and foremost and we are available for their questions and/or concerns 24/7.
