We currently have a growing portfolio of multi-family homes in Monmouth County. We manage these properties in-house by utilizing our ample experience in maintenance, leasing, marketing, accounting and tenant relations. As hands-on owner/operators, we try to maintain a higher standard of living which typically allows us to maintain market rents and achieve low vacancies.

Most importantly, since our property’s are solely located within Monmouth County, we leverage our niche knowledge of the local market to be on top of market rents, utilize reasonable and trustworthy contractors and personally and regularly inspect the properties we own. In the end, our hyper focus on the local market allows for a better overall management of our portfolio.
